He has a number of books out there, mostly about Texas hauntings, a few books on Louisiana. He researches the stories and gives personal comments on places that he's visited. It's a very nice read, in my opinion, especially from someone who constantly deals with ghosts in his home.

I own his Ghosts of East Texas and Ghosts of North Texas, the stories are brief and don't lead into speculation or multiple details about countless accounts from others. Brief explanations and even directions on where these places can be found if they're obscure enough.
