Highway 19 is a winding mountain road, haunted by the phantom of an open wagon, pulled by four phantom hourses, the ghostly rig has been blamed for a number of accidents. Just before imact, the wagon, the team of horses pulling the wagon, and the phantom man and woman driving them completely vanish from sight. Legend says the two hapless ghosts are a settler ccouple who were ambushed by Indians one night near Hacker's Creek, which runs along side Highway 19W.
