About 6 months ago the man in the apartment directly above mine died. Two weeks after his death and funeral my husband and I started hearing foot steps thinking they rented out the apartment we asked the assistant manager about it and she said they hadn't rented yet. Also a little neighbor boy claimed he say a misty looking man in the window of the apartment.

well if it is an old house you should check first if there is something broken, like pipes, rats and other things that might cause the noises.

after you eliminate this you can start ghost haunting!

an even if the huse is haunted maybe the ghosts have already left after few days or weeks, some dont stay too much.
