To be honest, it looks like you took your camera to a bathroom and closened in on a mirror before taking the picture... as simple as that.
I don't really see anything that could be confused as anything paranormal, sorry. Just a dirty mirror... |

looks like an accidental quick shot on a mirror or window, i believe that i see a person holding the camera even, but all blurred from the motion
