Astral projection is a form of self-hypnosis,...and Fire Marie got it right. Not a good thing to practice on your own. You open a door to a world that you do not understand,...just like when using a Ouija board,...so I advise extreme caution here gang.

Hi There..I'm new, I've been having alot of questions and I thought I may be able to get some answers. See, Personally, I Astral Project much against my will so it makes me wonder what that might be about. I usually feel vibrations go through my body, from feet to my head, most of the time I avoid leaving my body because i'm always scared to. Up until recently I'm not as scared but I think something is trying to rediect me from seeing something..which makes me wonder. But my main point is. Is there any advice that can be of use to someone who has no control over Projection...

OBes are such a hoot, that is if you do it right and frustrating as all get out if nothings isn't going right. Some good advice previously stated, learn from it, gotta practice or nothing will come easy. Just be cautious of folks that make fanccy claims about what OBEs wil allow you to do. If it sounds like science fiction, it probably is.
