Well,
It was on some small man made island.
And we were walking around, then we saw this other small island on the other side. So, my cousin had this wonderful idea that we should cross the shore to get to the other side. And so, the others agreed. Being the only small one, I crossed the shore with difficulty. The current was too strong for me, I couldn't cross... since the current pulled me towards the deep sea. (I didn't know how to swim then.) Then I remembered that story that happened in the very same location. A man drowned there. So I, the ever panicky one, started to panic and thought I was going to die.

Meh.
You all know it.
Someone saved me.
And so here I am, repeating my near death experience.

i also had nde when i almost drowned. it was in the pool and i saw my soul leaving my body and every one of my family where surrounding me and waving goodbye. finally i could go back to earth and go out of the water. it was like an illusion
