I think he would be like a Spirit Guide or something. If he hasn't harmed you and he responds to you, he's obviously there to help you out.

Im not sure what I make of this, but Im gonna agree that if it carries an evil aura, then it should be expelled. I've never experienced a demon (yet), so Icant say what it is.

Hmm... strange..if you are comfortable with him around you and he does no harm even if he is "evil" then I guess everything is fine. But, I wonder... could this be a figment of imagination? Or is it real? The cat could have fainted for different reasons. Also, if the being is benevolent, then your cat should have felt comfortable with him around, not fainted. I really don't know what to make of it.

ok let me lay down some rules here:

1. if its not evil its not a demon
2. if its dark looking, its not always a demon
3. there IS such thing as a guradin demon but SERIOUS black magic and devil worship would have to be involved!

ok now that thats out of the way now on to your case. I've seen this kind o thing before and if your not lying about senseing evil in the creaure then its a demon. period. and your being tricked. PERIOD. what you need to understand is that time means nothing for these things. and your not feeling the effects now but you will along the road because its feeding off you. "but how do you now that?" you ask?

animals dont have such reaction like that unless the demon (literally) suck the life out of the animal. animals usally have a high tolerance for creatures of this nature ( they usally just bark or growl or hiss) but for it to faint on contact is powerful psychic vampirism.

what this thig is doing is getting you to trust it... say you have a bad day and there no one to talk to... its always there... so you talk to it and you give those emotions to it... your feeding it and making it stronger. Understand? of course its not hurting you! your its source of energy! and trust me (cus ive seen this before) the longer it stays, the stonger and more connected you get to it (like... just letting into your mind like you said so before) the more dangerous your case gets.

btw the case that was similar to yours ended in a excorism and a bad curse breaking

i would try reading psalm 91 its powerful enough to get rid of most lower level demons

It does not seem like a demon it might be a "Tator": a very weak demon that tries to scare you in order to feel almost like a demon. or from the other hand it tries to find your weaknes so it could attack without any effort.
