RE: new guy here
well, for the first time i felt a lot of anxiousness, excitment and didn't really know what to expect but we did catch one EVP the sounds like a direct response to a question. if we can figure out how to cut that portion out and attach it to this thread we will.

RE: new guy here
We find that cemeteries aren't the best places to investigate..unless there's actual reports of weird things going on. Through our research at least, we find that spirits are linked to someone or something. So if they're still hanging around, it's usually not in the cemetery. That's just where their physical body rests. Generally that's not where they hang out. They may linger in the place of death, or they may stay in their homes or might be tied to a particular object that meant a lot to them in life. We did do a cemetery, and did get quite a bit of evidence from there, BUT first of all, there was more than just a cemetery there. The cemetery was right next to the river and years and years ago there was a tragic flood and many people died clinging to the bridge that's right next to the cemetery. We think that's where most of this activity is coming from!

If you've got some evidence from your cemetery, then I would say something tragic must have happened there at one time, maybe before it became a cemetery. Or perhaps someone is tied to the cemetery because they were a grieving parent and where always there visiting their deceased child, because there's so much passion there, maybe they're stuck there now. But I wouldn't suggest just going around to any and all cemeteries because the chances of you finding something are probably slim! Unless you're new to the game and are just trying to get used to the equipment and stuff, and just want experience using it all in the dark. Then I would say go ahead. Just be respectful to any spirit who may linger! Smile

RE: new guy here
thanks for the help weevamp13, we are actually new to the investigation equipment. we were out to test equipment and get familiar with how to use it. in response to what we caught on the digital recorder, my brother asked a question, "was there anyone there that wished to communicate with us?", as soon as he finished the question there was a blunt response that says something, it could be saying no. we do not have any audio enhancing programs and have yet to figure out how to block the background noise out. but it was not something you could barely hear, you can hear it on the playback very easy but we did not hear with our ears while in the field. it was still exciting to hear it.

That's really cool! Isn't it exciting when you actually have evidence!? Smile
